Flowex Terms of Service

Condiciones del Servicio de Flowex
Estas Condiciones del Servicio regulan tu acceso y uso de Flowex. Al descargar, instalar, comprar o usar el servicio, aceptas estas condiciones.
1) Servicio y elegibilidad
Flowex es un producto de software del ecosistema INGEK S.A.S. Debes tener al menos 13 anos para usar el servicio. Si usas el servicio en nombre de una organizacion, declaras que tienes autoridad para obligarla a estas condiciones.
2) Licencia y uso permitido
Te otorgamos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, no transferible y revocable para usar el software segun tu plan y estas condiciones. Aceptas no:
- Hacer ingenieria inversa, descompilar o intentar extraer codigo fuente salvo que la ley lo permita.
- Revender, alquilar, sublicenciar o compartir credenciales fuera del uso permitido.
- Usar el producto de forma ilegal o de forma que perjudique sistemas, usuarios o terceros.
3) Compras, cobro y licencias
Algunas funciones requieren planes pagos. Los precios, periodos de cobro y detalles del plan se informan en checkout. El acceso a funciones de pago depende de una licencia activa y puede suspenderse si el pago no se completa, se rechaza o se revierte.
4) Actualizaciones y cambios
Podemos publicar actualizaciones, parches y mejoras en cualquier momento. Tambien podemos modificar o retirar funciones para mantener seguridad, estabilidad y cumplimiento legal.

Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso por incumplimiento de estas condiciones o requerimientos legales. Puedes dejar de usar el servicio en cualquier momento.
